The agency does not guarantee any refund unless confirmed by the supplier.
If the supplier or airline denies or limits a refund, Unisys Tours and Travels is not liable to compensate the customer from its own funds.
Refund timelines depend on the supplier’s schedule and may take 15–45 days, or longer in specific cases.
In instances of force majeure, supplier bankruptcy, or other circumstances beyond the agency’s control, clients may be entitled to only those refunds the supplier actually issues.
This approach aligns with industry standards and ensures that customers clearly understand that actual refunds depend on the airline, hotel, or travel provider policies—not the travel agency.
